Mizuno USA, Inc. is a leading supplier of sports apparel and equipment. With a move to a new distribution center, with associated disaster recovery (DR), Empower engineered the DR layout and provided consulting support. Empower also supplied two 36 kVA Powerware BladeUPS, and tied these into two, redundant 100 kW Generac natural gas generators.

Kindred Healthcare Savannah, GA

Kindred Healthcare Generator

Kindred Healthcare contracted Empower to provide and install a 200 kW diesel generator at their Specialty Care Center in Savannah, GA. This equipment is used tosupport critical life safety and hospital operations. Kindred’s Savannah Specialty Care Center provides a full range of medical services to treat the residents and patients who come there for short-term, episodic medical or rehabilitative care.

Empower Energy Technology provided and installed for Gwinnett Christian Terrace a 130kW Generac natural gas generator, with propane backup, for their life safety functions.

Lodgenet (formerly Stayonline)

Lodgenet’s expansion mandated a new call and data center facility in Atlanta. StayOnline called upon Empower Energy Tech to engineer and implement a complete, turnkey power system to provide critical support to the growing center. Empower engineered a generator (150kW Diesel) and UPS (60kVA, scalable) system under stringent physical and time limitations. Once approved and permitted, the project was implemented and completed on time and on budget.

World Airways

World Airways mandated vital operations continuity and consequently, implemented a new Disaster Recovery Data Center at a remote warehouse in Atlanta GA. Empower Energy Technology provided engineering and installation services which included a 45 kW Generac natural gas generator and a 12 kVA scalable UPS system.
